Abstract :
New space-time trellis-codes based on a signalling with high dimensionality (= 2n, n = 2, 3....) that are applicable to high rate wireless CDMA systems are presented. Compared to known codes these codes improve coding gain and system adaptability while maintaining the maximum diversity gain, especially at or above 3 bits/s/Hz.
