Abstract
The commenter claims that the above-named work (see ibid., vol.37, p.403-408, Sept. 1988) contains some misconceptions related to the definition and interpretation of important and fundamental power quantities in nonsinusoidal systems. These concern the relation of the autocorrelation function and the RMS voltage in the equation given.<>
