Abstract :
In this paper, new image encryption method that uses the frequency-domain encryption with Orthogonal Polynomials Transformation (OPT) and spatial domain for bit shuffling is proposed. The relationship between Normalized Information Energy (NIE) and perceptual information about a block is employed to select important blocks for encryption with tent map in Orthogonal Polynomials domain. Finally, bit level shuffling is applied using tent map in the spatial domain. Various experiment´s results are carried out to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed method.
