Abstract
The minimum absolute value of the gain pole-sensitivity product of single amplifier
active networks is presented. This minimum value is determined only from the transfer function and does not depend on whether the network is negative or positive feedback type. The real or imaginary part of the gain pole-sensitivity product can be made zero by some selections of the zeros of the
passive network, however, the absolute value becomes minimum when neither the real or imaginary parts of the gain pole-sensitivity product are zero. The procedures for the realization of a prescribed gain pole-sensitivity product is also given. An illustrative example is presented.
