Abstract :
This paper reviews some of the motivation that has led to development of SAW bandpass filters, based on withdrawal-weighted designs. A computer-aided procedure for the synthesis of such filter described. Using a spectral-weighting transducer model which is valid at fundamental and harmonic frequencies, examples of withdrawal-weighted filters designed with a computer are presented.
