Abstract :
The results of daily observations at Riverhead, L.I., N.Y., since the middle of January, 1937, are reported. Some of the schedules of London and Berlin television transmissions are reported as being heard and measurements of field strengths are summarized. The vertical angle of arrival was measured, and by means of a reversible directive antenna it was determined that the signal at times arrives from a direction other than that of the great-circle path through London and Riverhead.
