Abstract
For original paper see H.M. Masoudi et al., ibid., vol.19, p.759-71 (2001). The commenters discuss an equation to describe the propagation of a bidimensional (x and z) Gaussian beam along z. They suggest that this equation is incorrect in the original paper and present a corrected expression.
