Correction to "Power penalty assessment in optically preamplified receivers with arbitrary optical filtering and signal-dependent noise dominance"

For original paper see ibid., vol.20, p.401-8 (2002). In the original paper, there is an erroneous result regarding the definition of the noise equivalent bandwidth of the optical receiver given by one of the equations. The error occurred in the conversion of the transfer function of the low-pass equivalent of the optical filter to the real optical filter transfer function. A corrected form of the expression is given.
