Abstract
A microstrip reflectarray fed with a feed horn offset at a given angle is demonstrated for the first time. The phase considerations for an offset feed horn are applied to a 12 element array of rectangular microstrip patch antennas, operating in X-band, allowing accurate predictions of the redirected radiation based on the offset angle of the feed horn
