A cohort of honorees drawn from a wide variety of disciplines and industries recently received four individual IEEE Computer Society awards. Also: Society Bylaws Change to Reflect New Web OfferingsThe IEEE Computer Society Board of Governors has proposed changes in the Society’s bylaws that will refine the method of designating leaders for new and evolving online offerings, including the appointment of a Computer Society Web editor in chief.
