Abstract :
The authors examine the problem of robust stabilisation for a class of time varying delay systems with both Lipschitz and non-Lipschitz bounded uncertainties. The non-Lipschitz bounded uncertainty is assumed to satisfy a matching condition but the Lipschitz bounded one may not. A Riccati approach is used to design a memoryless state feedback controller, which assures global exponential stability of all the closed-loop solutions. This resultant stabilisation is then extended to the static-output feedback. The authors show that several previous results can be derived as special cases. The results are independent of the duration of the time delay
