Abstract :
A novel architecture for differential pre-compensated open-loop switched source follower track-and-hold (T/H) has been developed for high-speed and low-voltage wireless applications. The performance is verified by Spectre-Cadence-4.4.6 simulations on advanced 0.13 μm CMOS process of Texas Instruments. The circuit needs only 1.2 mW from 1.5 V power supply for sampling with 2.2 GS/s an RF-signal of 400 MHz.
