Abstract
Two time-domain electromagnetic emanation models are introduced into emission security (EMSEC) researches. The standing-wave dipole model can be easily gotten from some other references. But the traveling-wave monopole model addressed by Rothwell cannot be applied directly. A charge release coefficient Cq(t) is introduced into this model, which makes the model more adaptive. Near-zone and far-zone fields are discussed of the revised traveling-wave monopole model through an example.
