Abstract :
The optical pulse height dependence of transmittance was measured for a GaAs/AlAs DBR microcavity containing compressively strained InGaAs/AlGaAs MQW absorbers. Change in transmittance due to the combined effect of nonlinear etalon and enhanced bleaching was observed without shape degradation for a 3.8 ps pulse
