Abstract
Communication at the most basic level consists of three components. The first component is you, the sender or transmitter of the information. What do you want to say? The second component is the intended receiver or audience. Talk all you want, or write reams of documentation, but if the intended audience does not understand the message, then your communication was not effective. The final component is the message itself. The challenge happens during the transmission of the message from sender to receiver
