  • Abstract
    Resonance phenomena in cavity resonators of coaxial and hollow-pipe types are described and the transition from a resonator of one type to the other is discussed. Measured curves of resonance frequencies for the first twelve modes are reported. The principle of similitude is proved and other aspects of these resonant circuit elements are considered.
