Abstract :
The applicability of state estimation has been extensively explored and generally accepted by industry. This paper presents a method that greatly enhances the capability of state estimators by considering the presence of errors in the network configuration of the model used. The method is simple, fast and applicable for real-time processing. Results of simulations of various types of topological errors are included.
