Erratum to “A Simple Build-Up Method for the DC Voltage Scale of a Source” [Jun 13 1600-1607]

In a recent paper (ibid., vol. 62, no. 6, pp. 1600-1607, Jun. 2013), two of the equations were missing a significant term that would cause an error if they were used to implement the build-up method described in the paper. The revised equations are presented here.
