Abstract :
A terahertz (THZ) cross-guide waveguide directional coupler with high directivity is realized in this paper. This construction covers the frequency from 205 to 235 GHz. Its coupling value is 20±0.8 dB, and the isolation is greater than 51 dB, which means that the directivity is in excess of 30 dB.
