Abstract :
Design guidelines for biquadratic SC filters taking into consideration passive sensitivity, output voltage swing, and total capacitance area are described. In this paper, we discuss the tradeoffs between these three parameters. A popular SC topology with additional positive feedback is used to illustrate the tradeoffs involved in the design of SC filters.
