Abstract
Given an arbitrary passive, non-Foster impedance, 
resistances and the preassigned transducer power-gain characteristics, necessary and sufficient conditions are given for the existence of a lossless reciprocal equalizer which when terminated in the loads achieves the preassigned transducer power-gain characteristics.
