Abstract :
Utility rate reforms could be so drastic that they would make today´s method of analyzing demand control system economics totally absolute. The latest rate reforms and demand control techniques are discussed. Maximum flexibility of demand control can be achieved with the aid of a computer since the software can be easily changed to match load or billing variations.
