Abstract :
Several methods of generating a schematic diagram with a minimum number of contacts are presented. The methods utilized also ensure that the circuit developed will functionally satisfy the conditions of the problem. Specifically, the methods employ a mechanical approach to the development of a schematic diagram. Given the conditions of a problem, the solution is selected from a table of contact configurations.
