Implementation knowledge management system of teaching materials in improving teacher competence MTs Jakarta

This study aims to implement knowledge management system of teaching materials to improve the competence of teachers Mts Se-DKI Jakarta. The ability of teachers is urgent need improved Mts. Government and other related parties are required to how to improve the ability or competence of the teachers Mts spread in Jakarta. Improving the quality of teacher Mts through conventional training activities both by the central and local governments are very limited. System development methodology that is used in this study is Rapid Application Development which consists of three phases: planning, design and implementation workshops. The results of this study Mts teachers can utilize the website learning system, through Sharing Knowledge Management as a learning resource to improve the competence of teachers that easy to understand. Particularly the increasing pedagogical competence and professional competence for teachers Mts. In addition to be a model application of Knowledge Management System in a learning system for Mts.
