Search centre prediction-based partial distortion search motion estimation algorithm

A fast partial distortion search motion estimation algorithm based on search centre prediction is proposed. A search centre prediction scheme is first exploited and, based on it, two schemes of reducing computation complexity are presented, including early search termination and halfway search stop.
