Abstract
The invertibility of linear systems with incommensurable delays which are looked upon as systems over commutative rings is considered in this paper. A new notion of
-integral and
-delay inverse for these systems is introduced. In respect of this key notion, necessary and sufficient conditions are established to ensure the existence of an inverse for the above systems.
