Summary form only given, as follows. Footnote 13 which appears on page 625 of the December, 1941, issue of this publication, states "The graph paper used for drawing these figures was Keuffel and Esser Company graph paper No. 30731, which consists of log-log cycles with dimensions identical to those in Figs. 2, 4, 7, and 11." The number of the graph paper should read K&E 358-127 for the thin sheets and for the heavy sheets, K&E 359-127G.
