Abstract :
Public rental housing is an important component of affordable housing. The fairness and efficiency of public rental distribution has arouse wide public concern. In this paper, with two-sided matching theory, introducing the applicant and the market listing, evaluate satisfaction according to mutual evaluation indicators, establish multi-objective linear optimization model, and then transform into a single objective linear programming model to get stable and effective distribution results. This matching is not only an effective solution to efficiency and equity issues during the allocation process, but also makes the allocation results of higher satisfaction and more efficient counting for the applicant´s own needs.
