Abstract :
Medical service has become more and more significant recently. Lots of researchers have focused on this field. This paper aims to select medicine providers for the certain emergency medical service, such as natural disaster, virus infection and so on. In order to solve this problem, the D-VIKOR method is proposed, which is successful to deal with the uncertainty and incomplete information existed in the decision making process. In the proposed method, D numbers are used to calculate the weights of criteria and deal with the uncertain and incomplete evaluation information provided by the medical experts. Then, the ranking of the feasible alternatives is obtained by the VIKOR method. Finally, a numerical example is illustrated to analyze and demonstrate the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed method.
