Abstract :
Four very useful RC-active network synthesis techniques developed during the past decade are reviewed and compared from the points of view of generality and sensitivity. It is pointed out that at frequencies below about 30 KC, RC-active networks are competitive with other methods of filter design. Two of the synthesis techniques are used to realize a twelfth-order Tchebycheff parameter bendpass filter centered at 18 KC.
