Abstract
The final goal of innovator is to get the maximal economic benefit from creative idea and the key to achieve this directly depends on how the creative idea is managed. The management of creative idea relates to the capitalization, productization and systematization based on the features and industrial organization forms of creative idea, including price-setting, signing contracts and financial decisions. Viewing above-mentioned points, our study puts emphasize on features and industrial organization forms of creative idea, then considering the pricing mechanism based on the former theory, and concluding relationship between transaction contract of creative idea and industrial organization form of creative idea. Last, studying internal and external factors associated with financing decision from the viewpoint of innovator who has the ownership.
