The Fundamental Problem of AC/DC Transfer at Industrial Frequency an Original Solution by Means of a Computable Generator

An ac/dc transfer method for low frequencies is presented in a new approach to this basic determination usually performed with thermal converters. It uses a computable digital-to-analog sinusoidal generator. Special emphasis is laid on minimizing the ac/dc transfer uncertainty (to about 10 ppm) by methods of control and adjustments further described in the paper.
