Abstract
The trouble with customers is that if they are not buying from you, they are buying from someone else. The "never satisfied" customer is presenting radical challenges to thinking on the supply chain and the biggest threat for manufacturers is the threat of supply chain obsolescence. The article looks at how you can make sure your product is at the right place at the right time.
