In-Flight Calibration of Aircraft Antenna Radiation Patterns
Abstract :
A measuring system for the in-flight determination and calibration of aircraft antenna radiation patterns is outlined. Relative radiation pattern measurements and the calibration method are described. After a presentation of the measuring system configuration and installation the measurement errors are dicussed. Moreover, some examples of practical measurements are given.
