Abstract :
This paper describes 673 ± 1.5 K 7/3.04-mm coaxial hot-noise standard developed at the National Institute of Metrology. The design, technology, and features of its noise source, its high temperature resistor, and its receiver are described in detail. Experimental results are also included.
