Abstract :
Pipelines transporting CO2 to crude oil producing fields for tertiary recovery injection are a relatively new segment of the pipeline industry. An affiliate of the Shell Oil Company has participated in two major pipelines for this service. The electrical and instrumentation features of these pipelines are discussed.
