Abstract :
This paper studies multicast in mobile opportunistic networks. Multicast is an important routing function that supports the distribution of data in a group of users. Our approach is based on the Home-MEG (Markovian Evolving Graph) model. Two types of multicast are investigated: the regular k-ary tree and the irregular uniform recursive tree. The boundaries on the multicast time are determined for both types. The effectiveness of our approach is verified through simulation.
