Abstract :
Measurements have been made to determine the effect of temperature on the accuracy of moisture measurements in round berea sandstone cores using X-band microwaves. It is shown here that a temperature variation of a few degrees in the core may introduce inaccuracies of more than 5 percent in water-content measurements.
