Abstract
Time and frequency transfer measurements between Graz, Austria and Turin, Italy via the OTS-2 satellite over a period of about one month are compared with those of a week of NAVSTAR/GPS results and LORAN-C measurements. In addition to the tracking of OTS-2 by Villafranca (Spain) and Redu (Belgium), SHF-range measurements to OTS-2 were carried out by the Graz station. The differences for the time and frequency comparisons obtained via OTS-2 and via GPS were smaller than 200 ns and 3 ?? 10-14, respectively.
