Abstract :
The CEBAF Hall A MPS additional capability is planned to consist of two quadrupole magnets and one dipole room-temperature magnet. The physical characteristics of the single magnetic elements have been investigated with two-dimensional and three-dimensional codes. In the case of 2-D studies, a very powerful optimization procedure implemented on the VF/PE2D code has also been used
