Abstract :
A new identification algorithm for a class of distributed parameter systems is suggested. The model dealt with describes the passage through the microvascular bed of the liver of a radioactive tracer, initially equilibrated between red cells and plasma. Its purpose is to obtain information on the quantitative measure of permeabilities of the red cell membrane and liver cell surfaces facing the capillaries.
