  • Abstract
The two most frequent sources of legionella are neglected air conditioning cooling towers and domestic hot water sources. All engineers who are involved with these (and other) water systems therefore need to know what the present legal position is and how risks from legionella can be minimised. Here, the authors describes how engineers can comply with the Code of Practice on legionella.<>
