Abstract :
A new magnetic system in which the winding´s position is inverted with respect to the cores has been developed. This allows increased efficiency of use of the magnetic core material, simplified shielding of the windings, and a decrease in the length of windings in a precise ratio transformer. The uncertainty of the voltage ratio can be decreased to the order of 10-9 in both single- and two-stage versions of the transformer.
