Abstract :
We have developed and investigated the main parts of a voltage calibrator with an output voltage up to 10 V. The calibrator is based on a quantum DC voltage which is generated by an array of high-temperature superconductor Josephson junctions. The described concept and the demonstrated parameters of the main parts of the instrument show, that a combined uncertainty of the output voltage of a few parts in 108 can be obtained.
