Abstract :
This paper describes a new measurement system for the comparison of alternating voltage standards based on the Josephson effect with thermal voltage converters. The target is to achieve an uncertainty of 0.1 μV/V at frequencies up to 10 kHz. The present work achieves an uncertainty of 0.2 μV/V up to 2 kHz.
