Abstract :
This paper presents the development of a portable microscope with dielectric liquid lens. This device provides the tunable working distance from 7.6 mm to 6.7 mm by adjusting the voltage of dielectric liquid lens. The liquid lens´s response time is about 200 ms and electric power consumption about 0.32 mW.
