Evaluation of E-Fields in Finite-Zoned, Space-Charge-Limited Electron Beams
Abstract :
One-dimensional, plane-electrode, space-charge-limited flow is modeled using a finite number of uniform zones with external electric fields. The field attributed to each zone is determined by requiring overall energy conservation.
