  • Abstract
Charging properties and environmental stability of low absorptivity ITO-coated optical solar reflectors (OSRs) were tested. Ionizing radiation and UV had minimal impact. The use of these OSRs will result in significant benefits to the thermal subsystem without compromising spacecraft ESD control.<>
