Abstract
The secondary structure of electrode working layers was studied. Such structure was formed under the influence of electric arc discharges on composite electrodes on copper and tungsten bases. The structural changes in the working layer of electrodes were investigated by optical and scanning electron microscopy. The influence of electrode-material composition and discharge-current magnitude on the secondary structure was found.
