To structure complex software systems by architecture models and specifications and also to provide a blueprint that is the foundation for later software engineering activities. Thanks to architecture specifications, software engineers are better supported in coping with the increasing complexity of today\´s software systems. We have performed a Systematic literature survey and also performed analysis of different papers from different research communities. We provide research analysis on software architecture field based on the survey. We consider that a survey could help to clear some of the issues, such as what are the main topics of the sure software architecture field and - lso what type of quality attributes are more relevant to consider when working with the architecture of a software system future research are. Furthermore current status and future directions in Software architecture field are presented.
